Sponsors have reserved seats at every concert. What about your project?
I have been looking at recruitment websites for all my professional life and I have never seen any job advert for Sponsor. This tells me that it might not be a real job; or is it?
Some things to ponder:
How do you qualify to be a sponsor?
Do you have proper sponsorship and leadership for your project?
Who is chairing your Steering Committee?
Is he/she consistent, involved and accountable?
And more importantly; what is your relationship with your sponsor?
How many times per month you are calling your sponsor?
